HOME ORGANIZATION SERVICE

 

Need help organizing but don't know where to start? Look no further. If you're ready to get your home in order, you've come to the right place. Call us for a free estimate. We can help!

What we Organize

Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom, Home Office, Garage, Attic, Common Area, Pantries, Drawers, Cabinets, Closets, Vanities etc. 

We declutter items that no longer serve you by trashing or donating them (with your permission, of course). The items you keep are then sorted, categorized and aesthetically organized into a functional system that works for you.

We offer in home and virtual organization packages. Purchase a Single-Session Package or a Multi-Session Package according to your needs. Each in home session is four hours. During your in home consultation, we will discuss your goals for your project and determine how many sessions you'll need to reach your goal. Contact us for pricing details.

Single-Session Package 

Our single-session package is ideal for small projects like small closets, small pantries, kitchen cabinets, linen closets, etc. In a single four hour session, we'll accomplish your project goal.

 

Multi-Session Package

Our multi-session package is great for multiple projects around the home or one larger project. We'll accomplish your organizing goals in several four hour sessions at a pace that works for you. (We may assign some homework in between sessions to help you stay motivated and keep you on track.)

(Containers, bins, baskets, trays and gadgets are not included in service charge).

VIRTUAL ORGANIZATION SERVICE

​

Virtual organization is the perfect solution if you prefer a more affordable option and want to organize on your own. We will guide you through each step of the process using video conferencing sessions, emails and text messages. You'll get one on one coaching and support to help you manage emotions, stay on task and hold yourself accountable. You'll need a computer (or tablet) with access to a video conferencing app, a phone, earphones (or headset), a notebook and a desire to accomplish your organization goals. Contact us for pricing details. We offer four virtual organization packages.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

Deep Cleaning Service

Recommended for every first time cleaning and for homes not professionally cleaned for a month or more. We disinfect hard (Non-porous) and high-touch surfaces, eliminate cob webs, dust build up, grease build up, mildew build up and more.

General Cleaning Service

Recommended to maintain the home after the first time deep cleaning. We disinfect hard (Non-porous) and high-touch surfaces to keep germs at bay and minimize dust build up. Your home will feel clean and smell good after each cleaning.

The Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom and Common Areas (living room, dining room, den, basement, etc.):

Disinfect tub/shower, sink and vanity, toilet, counter top, cabinets and other high-touch points. General straightening up, change and/or make beds, dust baseboards, pictures, light fixtures and knick-knacks. Spot clean walls, windows to remove fingerprints and smudges. Hi, I'm Lisa. I established Essential Housekeeping Solutions LLC, a professional housekeeping business because I enjoy cleaning and organizing and I'm really good at what I do.

As the owner of Essential Housekeeping Solutions LLC, I am committed to providing my clients with professional, high quality service. My goal is to provide my clients with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. That's me! Not only am I reliable, flexible, efficient and trustworthy, I'm a professional. My experience comes from years of providing services, researching and networking. I cleaned homes professionally on the weekends for extra income for many years before starting my business. Over the years, I volunteered my services to family and friends because they needed help and I knew they would be satisfied with the result. I realized I should start a cleaning business because I am more than good at it, I am great at it! I also enjoy seeing how happy people are with my service.  In 2023, I received three certifications in professional organizing, cleaning business owner and wellness coaching from the International Association of Professions (IAP) Career College. In the near future, I plan to hire a staff. In the meantime, I'll be your contact and provider for all your housekeeping and home organization needs.
